BrightView is focused on generating value for the communities in which we operate, as well as for our customers, business partners, suppliers, team members and stockholders. BrightView’s commitment to the core principles of ESG – Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance – is a source of pride for every member of our team.

Environmental Sustainability

As the largest provider of commercial landscaping services in the United States, we take environmental stewardship seriously. We have adopted environmentally responsible best practices that seek to promote healthy and sustainable landscapes.

BrightView creates, preserves and maintains beautiful external environments. In addition to the landscapes we design, build, maintain and enhance – and the tens of thousands of C02-consuming plants and trees we add to landscapes each year – we are continually striving to minimize the impact of our work on the environment through innovative landscaping techniques, efficient equipment, and environmentally responsible practices.

social

BrightView has renovated the lawns and gardens at Philadelphia’s Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell as part of a sizable donation to the U.S. National Park Service.

Social Responsibility

From workplace safety and diversity to community engagement and philanthropy, social responsibility is one of BrightView’s highest priorities. We strive to take care of our communities with the same passion that we dedicate to the care of our own team members. BrightView’s commitment to social responsibility takes many forms, including support for civic, military, academic and charitable organizations, and an uncompromising safety culture that has led us to an industry-leading workplace safety record.

BrightView team members volunteer their time and talent to many worthy organizations across the country. A recent example is the installation of a reflection and tranquility garden at Florida’s Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School after the tragic events of February 2018, and more than $320,000 to the Independence National Historic Park in Philadelphia.
